Here we are at episode 197 and the hits keep on coming. We keep you up to date with the latest information from the Scifi universe. First up to bat:
Disney’s Aladdin. This is the live action remake of the film. They released a trailer which showed more of the characters, this also included the Genie. We dive right into our thoughts of the trailer. Is this going to be a blockbuster hit or a certified bust? What are our thoughts on the Genie? Can Will Smith sing the tunes from Aladdin? Lots of question get answered and even lots more appear.
Continuing on with trailers, the Fast and the Furious spin-off; Hobbs and Shaw.
This trailer was released during the Super Bowl and we just got around to discussing it. Just in case you didn’t know, it also has a bad guy that you may know.
Thats right, Idris Elba is the villain. What can we say about this? The new James Bond type of film? Testing the water for something bigger? Does it have longevity? Lots to answer!
Some big announcements from Hulu and Marvel.
What’s that you ask? Five new shows; Howard the Duck, Hit-Monkey, M.O.D.O.K., Tigra and Dazzler, and The Offenders. Is this Disney setting up all the pieces for the launch of their streaming network Disney+? How about revising the Marvel shows that were canceled on Netflix? We have to wait and see!
Finally the big game everyone is talking about:
Apex Legends. Just 8 days ago this game wasn’t even on the radar. Here we are one week later and it has 25 million players. If you haven’t played this game yet, what are you waiting for.
